Located in the heart of Winchester’s historic centre, this project transforms a former office building into eight high-quality residential flats through a sensitive programme of adaptive reuse.

 

Our proposal lowers the internal floors and introduces a modest additional storey, carefully designed to be visually unobtrusive and structurally independent from the adjacent Grade II listed building. Historic features are reinstated and enhanced, while unsympathetic modern alterations are removed.

 

The scheme exemplifies our commitment to sustainable development, heritage conservation, and urban housing delivery in highly constrained and characterful contexts.
