The communal heart of the house is a rear living and dining room lit by a large flush rooflight, with French doors to the outside. The finish is pitched well above the standard letting specification: wall lights either side of a sculptural panel, cane and black timber dining chairs, and a soft palette that reads as a home rather than a room let by the week.

Complete and let. HMO Designers worked as part of the wider project team on this scheme rather than as sole designer, so the credit is shared with the others involved.
