Our Approach
A feasibility study of the existing property came first, then the surveys, then planning and building regulations approval. The loft rooms take their light from new rooflights set into the slope, and each has its own shower room off the bedroom. That is what keeps a seven-bed count workable in a house of this size without any room feeling like the short straw.
