A high-end seven-bedroom HMO in Southend-on-Sea, created from an existing dwelling, with seven individually let en-suite rooms and shared amenity space.

The bedrooms carry the high-end brief properly rather than decoratively. Deep colour is taken across the walls and ceiling, slatted timber panelling sits behind the bed, and pendants hang either side instead of a single light in the middle of the room.

HMO Designers, part of Thistle Group, designed the scheme to a high-end brief for professional tenants.

The project is complete and let to professionals in the area, and shows what a high-end brief achieves when the team specialises in HMOs.
