Our Approach

The building is a bay-fronted Victorian terrace on Festing Road, dormers already in the roof, shops either side. Inside, the communal floor runs open plan: kitchen, dining and living in one length on a herringbone floor, with the kitchen tucked along the far wall rather than closed off. That single decision is what makes co-living work here. Eight people sharing a corridor is a house share; eight people sharing a room this size is somewhere you would choose to live.
